Jim Morton

Jim Morton has worked in the finance and accounting industry since 1995. Jim began their career at AgFirst Farm Credit Bank as a Financial & Asset Liability Analyst. In 2000, they joined Synovus Financial Corporation as a Business Intelligence Lead Analyst and Financial & MIS Manager. In 2014, they moved to TSYS as a Client Server Lead Analyst. In 2018, they joined Gulfstream Aerospace as a Senior Financial Data Analyst. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Vice President Finance at Georgia Heritage Federal Credit Union. In this role, they are responsible for providing direction on data and metric tracking to ensure proper measurement of profitability.

Jim Morton obtained their BBA in Finance & Insurance from The University of Georgia between 1985 and 1987. Jim then went on to earn an M.B.A in Finance from Georgia State University between 1988 and 1990. Finally, they obtained an Undergraduate degree in Accounting from Columbus State University between 2007 and 2010.
