Kristen Algiers, MHRM, SHRM-CP, PhD candidate has a long history of work experience. Kristen has been an Adjunct Instructor at Southern New Hampshire University since 2022, Head of Human Resources at Georgia Heritage Federal Credit Union since 2020, Human Resource Manager at Toyota North America/Zero Chaos since 2018, Operations at West Clermont Local School District since 2013, and HR Recruiter/Supervisor at Bally Total Fitness since 1993.

Kristen Algiers is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resources Management and Services from Northcentral University, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Kristen previously obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the same university, which they completed in 2018. Kristen also holds the SHRM-CP certification.
