Diamond Ford

Diamond Ford, PhD, currently serves as the Senior Director of Employee Experience & Development at Georgia Institute of Technology, where the focus lies on creating a transformative employee experience that promotes growth, engagement, and empowerment. Previously, in the role of Senior Director of Employee Experience, Diamond led the establishment of the organization's inaugural Engagement Department, aimed at enhancing well-being and fostering a culture of inclusion. With extensive experience in education, Diamond was the founding principal of Michael R. Hollis Innovation Academy and has held positions as an instructional coach and adjunct professor. Diamond holds a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from Mercer University, along with an Ed.S. in Teaching and Learning and multiple degrees in education and leadership.
