Harold Buckley, Jr., AICP, Esq. is a legal professional with extensive experience in land development, planning, and property rights. Currently serving as Chancellor for The North Georgia Conference of The United Methodist Church, Harold provides legal counsel to the Bishop and manages specialized attorneys when needed.
