Jarvis Sam

Jarvis Sam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion across various sectors. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of The Rainbow Disruption since 2022, Jarvis focuses on creating tailored solutions for organizations that prioritize inclusion and equity. In addition to entrepreneurial pursuits, Jarvis is a Professor of the Practice at Brown University, teaching business students about diversity, equity, and inclusion. Jarvis holds a position on the Board of Trustees for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, impacting 3.6 million youth nationwide. Previous roles include Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at Nike, Head of Global Diversity & Inclusion at Snap Inc., and talent acquisition roles at Google and Deloitte. Jarvis earned an MBA from both Brown University and IE Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Rice University.
