Matthew Ryan

Matthew Ryan has over 25 years of experience in development and fundraising, primarily at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where roles have included Associate Vice President for Central Development and Executive Director of Regional Development since March 2012. Responsibilities encompass leading talented frontline Development Officers and engaging with Alumni to achieve philanthropic goals through various giving methods. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Director of Development at Georgia Tech and as Senior Director of Development at Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta, focusing on program development, fundraising, and special events. Matthew Ryan also contributed as Director of Development for USA Team Handball and served as a Captain for the United States Olympic Team, earning recognition as a three-time Player of the Year. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Business Management from LIU Post.
