Pasquale Fulvio

Pasquale Fulvio is a Senior Research Scientist at Georgia Institute of Technology since August 2021, with prior roles as a Research Assistant Professor and Associate Research Scientist at Texas A&M University from September 2018 to August 2021, and Assistant Professor of Chemistry at the University of Puerto Rico from August 2014 to August 2018. Research interests focus on the synthesis and characterization of nanomaterials for energy storage and conversion, heterogeneous catalysis, and separations. Previous experience includes a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, where research involved the synthesis and characterization of mesoporous carbons and nanocomposites, and a Pre-Doctoral Fellowship at Saint-Gobain NorPro, focusing on method development for surface characterization of catalysts. Fulvio earned a PhD in Physical Chemistry from Kent State University and a BSc in Chemistry from Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo.
