Yongjoon Yu is a Graduate Student Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology since August 2021, pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. Prior experience includes roles as R&D/Manufacturing Manager and R&D/Manufacturing Engineer at NeuroLux from May 2017 to July 2021, and serving as a Visiting Research Scientist in the Rogers Research Group at both Northwestern University and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from October 2018 to July 2021 and February 2015 to May 2017, respectively. Additionally, Yongjoon Yu was part of the MRL Microfab Cleanroom Staff and worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the same research group. Military service was completed as a Sergeant in the Republic of Korea Marine Corps from September 2012 to June 2014. Yongjoon Yu holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in 2016.
