Ian Dickerson

Ian Dickerson has demonstrated a diverse skill set through multiple roles in customer service and sports officiating. Currently serving as a Grassroots Referee for Georgia Soccer since September 2019, Ian manages the behavior of players, coaches, and spectators while clarifying rules and resolving disputes. Prior experience includes positions at Publix Super Markets and Kroger, where Ian enhanced customer satisfaction and handled various customer service challenges. Additionally, Ian contributed to the University of North Georgia as a Peer Advisor for Study Abroad, delivering presentations and assisting with event management. Volunteer work at St. Monica's Catholic Church involved supporting donation operations. Ian holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of North Georgia, obtained in 2021.
