Senior Director, Campus Services at Georgia State University

Craig Lipsey is the Senior Director of Campus Services at Georgia State University. Craig has over 28 years of experience in the field of campus operations and card services.

Craig began their career in 1990 as the Director of Campus Card Operations at Louisiana State University. In this role, they implemented and managed the University’s campus card program, which included card production, meal plans, debit & credit plans, and entitlement programs. Craig also maintained and troubleshot hardware and software, and account maintenance. Craig supervised office personnel and provided profession-specific training to all system users.

In 1992, Craig left Louisiana State University to work as a Marketing and Educational Consultant for Telehealth Corporation. Craig then returned to Louisiana Business College in 1987 to serve as the Interim Director.

In 1998, Craig accepted a position as the Assistant Vice President of Campus Services at Georgia State University. In this role, they were responsible for the planning, design, construction, and operation of all campus facilities. Craig also oversaw the University’s Police Department, Parking and Transportation Services, Facilities Management, and Environmental Health and Safety.

In their current role as Senior Director of Campus Services, Craig is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Georgia State University’s campus facilities. Craig oversees a team of over 400 employees and manages an annual budget of $70 million. Craig is dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all students, faculty, and staff

Craig Lipsey achieved a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Louisiana State University.
