Kim Bauer

Kim Bauer is the Senior Director of Design & Construction Services at Georgia State University. Kim has over 30 years of experience in the construction and design industry. Kim started their career as a Project Manager for Coyle Thompson Interiors in 1990. Kim then went on to work as a Project Manager/Interior Designer for Transtech Engineering/Architectural from 1988 to 1990. In their current role, Kim manages the planning, design, and construction of all new construction and renovations for Georgia State University.

Kim Bauer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Western Carolina University, where they graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Kim Bauer reports to Ramesh Vakamudi, VP, Facilities. They are on a team with Abdul Momen - Director, Maintenance & Ops, Luvert Holt - Director, Renovations, and Patrick Dukes - Director, Admin Services.
