Karen Redpath BScN MHM CHE has extensive experience in nursing leadership and clinical services management. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Services at Georgian Bay General Hospital since March 2022, Karen previously held the positions of Interim VP/CNE and Director of Obstetrics and Perioperative Programs at Stevenson Memorial Hospital. Additional roles include Acting CNE and Director of Clinical Services at Headwaters Health Care Centre, and Manager of In-Patient Surgery at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, where significant improvements in patient and staff experience were achieved. Earlier career experience includes management of Perioperative Services and clinical roles at Collingwood General and Marine Hospital. Karen holds a Master’s degree in Health/Health Care Administration from McMaster University, and is a Certified Health Executive through the Canadian College of Health Leaders, complemented by a BScN from Ryerson University and nursing credentials from Georgian College.
