Kathryn Christie

Kathryn Christie is currently the Head of People at Georgian. Prior to this, they were the Director of Talent & Strategy at Self Management Group, where they consulted with internal and external stakeholder groups to refine talent strategy in order to improve their ability to select, develop, and retain top performers. Kathryn also designed and delivered comprehensive training programs, including Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. Prior to that, Christie was a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at The Coca-Cola Company, where they provided consultation and partnership to leaders across Canada to execute full-cycle recruitment for senior level positions. Kathryn also oversaw the new hire on-boarding program as well as leadership training for hiring managers in both English and French. Christie has also worked as a Leadership Development Consultant at the University of Waterloo and as a Residence Education Coordinator at Wilfrid Laurier University.

Kathryn Christie has a Master of Science in Management - Organizational Behaviour from Queen's University and an Honours Bachelor of Business Adminstration in Operations Management from Wilfrid Laurier University. Kathryn is also certified by the Association for Talent Development as a Certified Professional in Talent Development.
