Tyson Baber

Tyson Baber is a Lead Investor at Georgian since September 2014, where responsibilities include deal selection, due diligence, board governance, and post-investment support. Active on the boards of multiple companies such as Aera Technology and ClickUp, Tyson leverages extensive experience in investment oversight. Prior to Georgian, Tyson served as an M&A Business Development Executive and Manager of Business Analytics at IBM from August 2006 to July 2014, leading major software acquisitions and the establishment of the IBM Watson Venture Fund. Tyson holds an MBA in International Business and a JD in Corporate and International Law from the University of North Carolina, completed between 2002 and 2006.
