Knetta Adkins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community health education, outreach, and partnerships. Currently serving as the Director of Partnerships and Outreach and previously as Organizing Manager at Georgians for a Healthy Future since April 2021, Knetta has also founded Douwella, LLC. Prior roles include Coordinator of Community Education and Advocacy at YWCA Central Alabama and Regional Manager at United Way of Greater Nashville, where Knetta contributed to significant HIV/AIDS initiatives. Additional experiences comprise working as an Outreach and Engagement Specialist at Volunteer Behavioral Health Care System, a Community Health Educator at Worth Your Wait, and a Counselor at The Pregnancy Centers of Central Virginia. Knetta holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Rowan University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a Pre-Medicine focus from the University of Virginia.
