Chuck Owens

Chuck Owens is a seasoned commercial lending professional with extensive experience in the banking industry. Currently serving as a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager at Georgia's Own Credit Union since January 2020, Chuck specializes in various types of commercial loans, including rental properties and office buildings. Prior to this role, Chuck was a Senior Commercial Lender at DOCO Credit Union from May 2012 until its merger with Georgia's Own Credit Union in December 2019. Chuck's career also includes positions as Senior Vice President at Ameris Bank and Vice President at First State Bank and Trust Company, where a comprehensive understanding of banking operations was developed. Chuck’s educational background includes a Banking degree from the Graduate School of Banking at LSU, a Banking Degree from the Georgia Banking School, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia, and an Associate of Arts in Business from Darton College.
