Shania Diluzio

Shania DiLuzio has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Shania worked at Georgia's Own Credit Union as a Director of Portfolio & Project Management, where they played a key role in managing and overseeing various projects. Prior to that, at the same company, they served as a Project Manager, demonstrating their ability to successfully lead and execute projects.

Shania also gained valuable experience as a Business Systems Analyst at Paymetric, Inc., where they assisted clients and partners with onboarding and certification activities related to the implementation of Paymetric products. Shania became the subject matter expert for Paymetric's expense file transfer product and played a significant role in migrating customer accounts to a self-service portal.

Shania started their career at TSYS as a Business Analyst, where they analyzed and evaluated client changes to existing IT systems. During this time, they created business requirements and documented specifications for programmers to complete the projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at TSYS Managed Services.

Additionally, Shania has retail experience from their time at Dillards, where they started as a Sales Associate and advanced to an hourly and commissioned position. Shania also served as an Ambassador Scholar at Chattahoochee Valley Community College and worked as an Activities Assistant at Oak Manor/Pine Manor Nursing Home Inc.

Shania DiLuzio has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Columbus State University. Prior to that, they attended Smiths Station High School. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2022. Shania also holds a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the same institution, earned in December 2020. In addition, they have a Certificate of Project Management from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, which they obtained in March 2019.
