Laura Gow

Laura Gow has an extensive work experience in the field of geoscience and environment. Laura currently works at Geoscience Australia as the Program Manager for Exploring for the Future, a role they have held since September 2020. Before that, they worked at the Australian Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment as the Manager for Biodiversity Data Strategy from July 2020 to September 2020.

Laura started their career at Geoscience Australia in 2007 as a Graduate. During their time as a Graduate, they worked on various projects related to petroleum source rock potential and paleovalley mapping. Laura later became a Geoscientist and was involved in investigating the distribution and characteristics of paleovalleys in Australia.
