Luca di Ielsi

Luca Di Ielsi has extensive experience in digital operations and data science, notably serving as Head of Digital Operations at Geoside from April 2016 to October 2021, where coordination and planning of the Digital Operations unit and an internal Data Science team were key responsibilities. Prior roles at Geoside included Senior Data Scientist, focusing on energy efficiency projects for major Italian multinational companies, and Data Scientist, specializing in data analysis for predictive modeling and energy consumption baseline development. Additionally, Luca was a research fellow at the Università di Bologna, developing software projects for historical and real-time energy data analysis using statistical and machine learning techniques. Luca also held leadership roles in the Associazione Contagocce, promoting social aggregation through leisure activities. Luca holds advanced degrees in Computer Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna and Università degli Studi Padova.
