Joe Silverwood

Joe Silverwood is a Senior Staff Geo-environmental Consultant at Geosyntec Consultants since June 2021, with extensive experience in geo-environmental consulting and environmental science. Previously held positions include Geo-environmental Consultant and Environmental Scientist at RSK Group and RSK International Projects Group, where responsibilities involved training local staff and assisting with remediation systems. Notable projects include creating an interactive GIS database for Basra Gas Company and conducting field research on the Juneau Icefield. Silverwood started the career as an Assistant Surveyor and gained foundational experience in geology through academic studies at The University of Manchester, where a degree in Geography and Geology was obtained.
