Scott Elder

Scott Elder, MBA, PMP, serves as the Sr. Principal and National Construction Services Manager at Geosyntec Consultants since May 2002, where management of complex construction services projects is a primary responsibility, focusing on remediation, landfill gas, containment systems, and water treatment while ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution. Previously, Scott held the position of Project Manager at Winter Environmental from 1994 to 2002, overseeing environmental remediation and enviro-civil projects in the Southeast. Scott's earlier experience includes working under the Region IV TAT (START) Contract for Roy F. Weston from 1992 to 1994. Scott holds a Master of Business Administration with a management focus from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Wesleyan University.
