Pat Donovan

Pat Donovan, P.E. is the President Professional Services. Mr. Donovan provides strategic leadership, project oversight and management of the company’s professional services, which include geotechnical, geophysics, environmental, and construction materials testing departments, along with business development.

Previously, Pat spent 12 years in charge of operations for Hall, Blake and Associates, Inc. and joined the Geotechnology team in September 2010.

Pat enjoys interacting with clients and building lasting partnerships. He is a valuable resource to his clients, constantly building his own knowledge to avoid “cookie cutter” recommendations. This allows him to make the most effective recommendation on a project when issues arise. Additionally, Pat’s finely tuned communication skills help bridge the gap between owner and engineer and engineer and contractor.
