Eduardo Godoy has accumulated extensive experience in IT support and customer service roles across various companies. As a Team Lead at Everise from August 2023 to February 2024, Eduardo demonstrated leadership capabilities. Prior experience includes serving as an IT Support Engineer at DDB, where responsibilities involved installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting computer hardware, in addition to addressing global support desk inquiries.
