Manish Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations and professional services, currently serving as the Global Head of Customer Operations & Professional Services at GEP Worldwide since September 2006. In this role, Manish is instrumental in transforming procurement and supply chains for Fortune 500 clients, overseeing customer relationships, and leading a global team in professional services and customer support. Previously, as Vice President and Global Head of Operations & Shared Services at GEP, Manish was responsible for scaling the delivery infrastructure and managing service operations.
