Steve Oliver has a diverse work experience in the real estate and finance industry. Steve is currently working as the Director of Gerald Eve Corporate Finance since June 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at Peritus Corporate Finance from February 2016. Steve'sresponsibilities at Peritus included managing various group companies related to debt advisory, legal, leisure, development, SME finance, and joint venture businesses. Before that, they were the Head of Property Finance at Beaufort Capital Management, where they focused on building and growing the company's origination platform in London and the South East. Steve also worked as Deputy Managing Director at Alpha Real Capital and TIME Investments, where they were part of the real estate investment and funds management team. Steve held the position of Deputy Managing Director, Property at Close Asset Management and Director, Property at Close Investments Limited. Steve started their career at Abbey as a Senior Lending Manager. Overall, Steve has a solid background in corporate finance, property finance, and real estate investment.
