Colette De Wet

Food quality, Relief Manager at GERATEC

Colette was appointed in 2017 as a Foodservice manager and was promoted into the position of Relief manager/ Auditor in 2019. From 1 June 2021, she was appointed in her new role of Trainer: Food Quality/ Relief Manager. In this role, she will be focusing largely on food quality standards, along with some relief management duties.

Before joining GERATEC, Colette gained her experience within the Hospitality Industry in various positions, with her most recent role being that of Head Chef at a well-known restaurant in the Western Cape.
