Alicia L. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Alicia started their career as a Technical Project Manager at Enveritas Group, where they managed technical projects for companies such as 10Best.com and 10Best Solutions. In 2011, they joined EP+Co as a Senior Technology Analyst, overseeing quality assurance and technical writing departments while providing insight for digital systems, mobile applications, and e-commerce marketing projects. Alicia then transitioned to Clemson University as an Adjunct Professor, specializing in digital strategy for brand communication. Their lectures focused on various aspects of digital marketing, including social media trends, e-commerce strategy, and digital analytics. Most recently, Alicia joined Gerber Childrenswear LLC, initially serving as a Sr. eCommerce Business Manager before being promoted to Director of Ecommerce. Their expertise in online business management and strategy contributes to the company's success.

Alicia L. obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Applied Computer Science from Southern Wesleyan University. Alicia pursued their undergraduate education from 2002 to 2006.
