Matthew Lerner

Matthew Lerner is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in both private practice and community service. Currently a Partner at Gerber Ciano Kelly Brady LLP since June 2022, Matthew previously held the role of Partner at Goldberg Segalla LLP, where Matthew chaired the Appellate Advocacy Practice Group. Matthew’s leadership extends to community organizations, serving as Treasurer/Board Member of Tri-Village Little League and Vice President of the Terramere Homeowners Association. An alumnus of the University at Buffalo School of Law, Matthew obtained a Juris Doctor degree and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science from the same institution. Matthew has contributed to various legal and community initiatives, including serving as a Court Attorney for the New York Court of Appeals and holding multiple leadership roles in legal associations.
