Ashley Williams has a diverse and impressive work experience in the marketing field. Ashley started their career as a Marketing Manager at adidas in 1998, focusing on the Olympics. Ashley then became a Director of Retail Marketing before transitioning to the role of Senior Marketing Manager for Running and Training, where they achieved significant success in transforming the Boston Marathon partnership and launching a highly successful shoe. Ashley later became the Head of Brand Marketing at adidas, leading the team in creating brand and category marketing strategies. During their time there, they successfully led the digital transformation and developed integrated marketing plans for strategic partners. Ashley then worked at Yakima Products as a Global Brand Director, where they relaunched multiple brands and significantly increased website traffic. Ashley continued their career at Amer Sports as the VP of Marketing for Amer Americas, where they restructured the marketing organization and introduced a successful North American SIS Program for Suunto. Most recently, Ashley served as the Senior Director of Global Marketing at KEEN, where they led the creation and execution of omni channel brand strategy, resulting in consistent company growth.
