Lane Ellison has extensive experience in environmental health and safety roles, currently serving as the Environmental Health and Safety Director at Gerding Builders since October 2018. Previously held positions include Sr. Safety and Environmental Specialist III at Southern California Edison, where responsibilities included managing safety programs and ensuring regulatory compliance, as well as conducting training on various safety protocols. As Regional Environment Health Safety Manager at Swinerton, Lane coordinated safety activities across project teams and implemented programs to minimize workplace hazards. Earlier career roles included Safety Manager & OCIP Director at Aon Risk Services and President of Environmental Health and Safety at Common Sense Safety, Inc., with a focus on employee development and emergency preparedness.
