Stephanie Irizarry

Stephanie Irizarry has an extensive work history in various roles. Stephanie began as a Sales Account Representative at Worldwide Who's Who in 2011 and later worked as an Assistant at Adwar Casting in 2013. Stephanie then served in Administration at Lynbrook Restorative Therapy and Nursing. Stephanie transitioned to CVS Health as a Pharmacy Technician in 2014 before moving to Northwell Health as a Patient Care Associate in 2015. Afterward, they worked at ProHEALTH Care as a Patient Care staff member in 2016. Stephanie then held a position at Bluewolf, an IBM Company, where they were a NA PMO Subcontractor Relations & Strategic Specialist from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they are the Talent Acquisition Manager at Gerent, with plans to transition to the Director Talent Acquisition role. Throughout their career, Stephanie has demonstrated proficiency in various healthcare and administrative roles.

Stephanie Irizarry attended Nassau Community College but did not obtain a degree. In 2021, they obtained multiple certifications including Enterprise Design Thinking - Team Essentials for AI, Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator, Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner, IBM Agile Advocate, IBM Agile Explorer, and IBM Explorer Project Management Office. Stephanie also holds a certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA).
