Helene Falkman currently serves as the Head of Operations for Gerflor Northern Europe since November 2021, focusing on supply chain management and project implementations that enhance cost savings, reduce lead times, and improve sustainability, ultimately positively impacting business profitability and customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes positions as Transport Manager for Forbo Flooring Systems from May 2018 to October 2021, Key Account Manager at TNT for a short tenure in 2017, and a significant period at DACHSER SE from 2008 to 2017 where roles included Sales Representative and Inside Sales, as well as Freight Forwarder, managing various aspects of sales and logistics operations.
