Marcel Kiessling

Marcel Kiessling has extensive work experience, starting in 1997 at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, where they held various roles including General Manager, Managing Director, President & CEO, and Member of the Executive Management Board. In 2014, Kiessling became a Council Member at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group). Marcel later joined Radius 1 Consulting GmbH as a Partner in 2015. In 2016, Kiessling took on the role of Managing Director of Sales, Service and Marketing at Gerhard Schubert GmbH Verpackungsmaschinen.

Marcel Kiessling completed their education at the University of Mannheim from 1983 to 1989, earning a Diplom-Kaufmann/Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications from the Spencer Stuart Directors' Forum at Spencer Stuart/Mannheim Business School in June 2016, and from the Board Academy in Munich as a "Zertifizierter Aufsichtsrat/Beirat" in June 2016.
