Andrea Parkes

Andrea Parkes has several years of experience in various roles in the field of application management and technical support. Andrea most recently worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Gerimedica since March 2022. Prior to that, they were employed as Applicatiebeheer at Nederlands Veteraneninstituut from June 2021 to December 2021. Andrea also worked at SOMO as an Applicatiebeheer on a project basis from August 2019 to June 2020, where they were responsible for implementing an Intranet package. Andrea collaborated with a team of four during this project. Before that, they worked as Applicatiebeheer at Pro Senectute from November 2018 to July 2019, where they were responsible for managing the organization's websites and providing support to employees. Andrea also has experience in project management and CRM implementation from their time at Fair Wear Foundation, where they worked as Applicatiebeheer from 2012 to 2018. Additionally, they have worked as a Business Analist at Clean Clothes Campaign in 2015, an Informatiespecialist at PSO from 2008 to 2010, and as a Beleidsmedewerker and Office Manager at Artrose & Reuma Stichting from 2006 to 2008.

Andrea Parkes attended the University of Amsterdam from 2007 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Informatiewetenschap (Information Science).
