Ben Damer

Ben Damer has worked for two companies, Germain UX and Airframe Business Software. At Germain UX, they served as Vice President of Software Engineering from 2013 to present. In this role, they designed and implemented distributed, large-scale application performance monitoring solutions for real-time, end-to-end analysis leveraging Java EE and Oracle technologies. Ben also had in-depth experience integrating big data analytics tools using open source OLAP solutions, and created a profiler to collect runtime statistics from . At Airframe Business Software, Ben worked as a Core Developer from 2005 to 2013. During this time, they developed a web-based CRM application suite using .NET framework and SQL server, and designed and implemented integration with MS Office application and 3rd party web services. Ben also served as a Quality Assurance Engineer.

Ben Damer completed a BSc in Computer Science from Sierra Nevada College between 2004 and 2006, followed by an MSc in Informatics from The University of Edinburgh in 2008.
