Zoe Dixon

Zoe Dixon has worked in the IT industry since 2015. Zoe began their career as a Data Entry Specialist at Wellville in 2015. In 2016, they moved to FRISS as an IT Security & Compliance Specialist, where they reported on metrics to gauge the effectiveness of the security policy framework and published periodic metrics reports. In 2019, they joined Scienaptic AI as an IT Support, providing technical support for resolution of customer IT problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries. Currently, they are a Full Stack Developer at Germain APM, mentoring and developing associates, assigning duties, building a team-based work environment, and ensuring diversity awareness. Zoe is also responsible for reviewing project requirements, translating requirements into technical solutions, gathering requested information, writing and developing code, conducting unit testing, communicating status and issues to team members and stakeholders, collaborating with the project team and cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues and bug-fixes, enhancing design to prevent re-occurrences of defects, ensuring on-time delivery and hand-offs, interacting with the project manager to providing input on project plan, and providing proven leadership to the project team.

Zoe Dixon attended San Diego State University from 2011 to 2015 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
