Sarah Godwin has over a decade of experience in planning and compliance within the seed technology sector, currently serving as the EU Planning and Compliance Manager at Germains Seed Technology since November 2011. In this role, Sarah oversees planning activities across three European manufacturing facilities, focusing on materials purchasing management and S&OP implementation. Sarah’s previous positions at Germains include roles such as EU Aggregate and Compliance Planner and Supply Chain and Customer Service Manager, where responsibilities included managing teams, enhancing customer service, and ensuring inventory levels meet sales objectives. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Ecology from the University of East Anglia and has completed a non-graduating exchange at The University of British Columbia, along with certifications in seed testing and pesticide application.
