Salome Isanovic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience and Co-Head of Product Marketing at Optimizely since February 2022, Salome is also a Startup Mentor at German Accelerator. Previously, a significant role was held at Careship from October 2017 to January 2022, where Salome held various leadership positions including COO, VP of Operations & Sales, and Head of Operations. Prior experience includes roles at CATERWINGS, Eurostaff, KommRum eV, and Campus for Company, demonstrating a strong background in operations, recruitment, and psychological consulting. Salome holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Freie Universität Berlin and a Bachelor of Science in Business Psychology from Ruhr University Bochum.
