Elmar Neitzert

Elmar Neitzert is currently the Deputy Chairman of Works Council and Head of F4E Coordination Support Office at Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics. With a background in project coordination and management, Elmar has extensive experience in overseeing various projects and programmes, such as the "International Helmholtz Graduate School for Plasma Physics" and EU Project Management Office. Prior to their current role, Elmar worked at the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, Germany, focusing on grant-awarding procedures and project management. Elmar's earlier experience includes roles in public relations, human resources, and education and training. Elmar holds a Diploma in Business Administration from the Federal University of Applied Administrative Sciences.
