Erand Llanaj

Erand Llanaj, PhD, currently serves as a Postdoctoral Scientist in the Department of Molecular Epidemiology at the German Institute of Human Nutrition, focusing on nutrition's impact on health prevention and therapy. In addition to this role, Erand Llanaj is a Research Collaborator with the COST Association on novel tools for disease evaluation and prevalence estimation. As a Senior Scientific Collaborator at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation, Erand Llanaj contributes to understanding global health trends and resource allocation for health improvement. Prior positions include Postdoctoral Researcher at the German Center for Diabetes Research, Hungarian Academy of Sciences, and University of Debrecen, along with experience as a Nutrigenomics researcher and a lecturer in Clinical Nutrition.
