Benjamin Hebebrand

Ben Hebebrand has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as the School Director at the German International School Chicago since June 2021, managing all school operations. Previously, Ben held the positions of Business Director and Director of Administration at the German International School Washington D.C. from December 2019 to June 2021, and served as Head of School at Madison Country Day School, Quest Academy, and Evansville Day School across various years, responsible for comprehensive school management. Ben began a career in education at the Atlanta International School, working as Head of Middle School after starting as a teacher. Ben's educational qualifications include a Certificate in Gifted Education from Northwestern University and multiple degrees in Communications, Journalism, and Intercultural Studies from Georgia State University and Warren Wilson College.
