Sahel Alouneh

Sahel Alouneh currently serves as the Director of the Cybersecurity Program at AL Ain University of Science and Technology, a position held since September 2020. In addition, Sahel Alouneh has been a Professor of Computer Engineering at German Jordanian University since September 2008, where responsibilities include teaching various courses related to computer engineering and previously holding positions such as Dean of Scientific Research and Dean of the School of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology. Additional experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Concordia University, focusing on MPLS network security and software security, as well as earlier work as a Computer Labs Supervisor and Teaching Assistant at Ajman University of Science and Technology. Sahel Alouneh holds a Doctorate and a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Concordia University, along with a Bachelor's degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology.
