Mohamed Okasha

Mohamed Okasha is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in law. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Commercial and Maritime Law at Alexandria University Faculty of Law since January 2018 and as an Assistant Professor of Law at The German University in Cairo since September 2019, Mohamed specializes in corporate law, securities regulation, competition law, and commercial law. Additionally, a brief role as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law at Kuwait International Law School took place from June 2019 to August 2019. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Juridical Science (JSD) and a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Alexandria University Faculty of Law.
