Raghda El Ebrashi

Raghda El Ebrashi, PhD, serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at the German International University since February 2024 and is a Professor of Strategic Management at The German University in Cairo, where involvement spans from Assistant Professor to Head of the Management and Organization Department since October 2010. Raghda holds editorial positions with Social Responsibility Journal and Emerald Emerging Markets Case Studies, and founded the Alashanek Ya Balady Association for Sustainable Development in November 2005. Consulting experience includes roles with GIZ Egypt, FAO, and USAID's SEED Project, focusing on competency assessment, inclusive business, and social entrepreneurship. Raghda earned a PhD in Strategic Management from The German University in Cairo and holds both an MA in Political Science and a BA in Business Administration from The American University in Cairo.
