Lauren Maass is the Founder and CEO of Maass & Company, established in April 2023, where the focus is on marketing and events through services like social media management, website creation, graphic design, and marketing consulting. Previously, Lauren held multiple roles at Germania Insurance since June 2019, including Marketing Coordinator and Executive Vice President Marketing Administrative Assistant, where responsibilities included coordinating corporate events and managing agency promotions that generated over $1.5 million in the first year. Lauren also gained experience as a Payroll Practitioner at Blue Bell Creameries and as a Clerk at Moorman Tate Haley Upchurch & Yates, LLP. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University and a High School Diploma from Brenham High School.
