Nishant Gaikwad has a diverse work experience in software project management and IT consulting. Nishant started their career as a Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services in 2002, where they worked on hospital management systems using .NET Visual Studio and SQL database. In 2004, they joined Citi as an IT Consultant, where they developed and managed an internal project management application using .NET C# and SQL database. In 2008, they joined Germania Insurance as a Servant Leader/Program Manager, overseeing various projects. In 2023, they were promoted to the position of Director of Software Project Management at Germania Insurance.
Nishant Gaikwad attended SGSITS Indore from 1997 to 2001, where they studied Computer Engineering with a focus on Computers.
