Rachel Bazan has a wealth of experience in the insurance industry, having worked for Germania Insurance since June 2012 in various roles such as Director of Casualty Home Office Claims and Director of Claims Customer Experience. Prior to Germania, Rachel worked at Travelers from 2008 to 2011 as a Underwriting Team Manager and Customer Service Manager. With a background in Claims Adjustment at Travelers from 1997 to 2001, Rachel has a strong focus on customer experience, managing teams and coaching employees to meet key objectives in quality, ACW/AHT, and compliance.
