Sofia Carvalho

Sofia Carvalho has a background in Ciências Biomédicas Laboratoriais and Saúde Pública from Instituto Politécnico de Bragança. Sofia has completed various internships in different healthcare settings, including Grupo Germano de Sousa as a Clinical Analysis Technician specializing in biological sample collection. Prior to that, Sofia completed internships in areas such as Immunohematology, Hematology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry/Immunology, Public Health, and Anatomic Pathology at Centro Hospitalar Vila Nova de Gaia/Espinho E.P.E. and POC Medical Care. Their experiences have equipped their with a well-rounded understanding of laboratory procedures across different medical disciplines.
