Oriol Iborra Egea

Oriol Iborra Egea is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of cardiology and genetics. Currently serving as the Co-founder and CEO of NIMBLE Diagnostics since March 2022, Oriol is developing innovative non-invasive technologies for monitoring stents, benefiting over 50 million patients globally. Additionally, Oriol is a postdoctoral researcher at the Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute, focusing on novel biomarkers for heart failure, and holds an editorial position at Frontiers in Cardiovascular Medicine. Oriol has served on the Board of Directors of the Societat Catalana de Biologia, contributing to the promotion of biological sciences. With a PhD in cardiology and a Master’s in Genetics and Genomics, Oriol’s academic and professional background reflects a strong commitment to advancing healthcare and scientific research.
