Benjamin Bragg serves as the Superintendent of Schools for Germantown School District since October 2020, focusing on student growth and success. Prior to this role, Benjamin held the position of High School Principal at Catskill Central School District from August 2018 to June 2024 and served as Principal in the Charleston County School District from June 2005 to June 2017, where a cooperative leadership style led to significant school improvements. Further experience includes being an Adjunct Professor at Charleston Southern University, instructing master level classes in administration and leadership, and as Principal at Goshen Central School District, where staff and community efforts resulted in top student state scores. Benjamin’s educational qualifications include an EdS in Educational Leadership from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and a Master's Degree in Multicultural Education from SUNY New Paltz, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Physical Education from Ithaca College.
